This is a recipe for all including the three people that neglected to tell me that they hate salmon and devoured the dish. I’ve had converts, probably because the salmon is masked in a balsamic honey glaze or Hell No, it’s because of this addictive corn salsa. Recipe courtesy of Williams Sonoma.
I always use much more red wine vinegar and hot sauce and really think it makes a difference. Also if you can, make a day ahead so the salsa really comes together. This is a show stopper and really elevates a simple chips ‘n salsa snack. Mangia!
